Their quality of workmanship is outstanding and as important, their work ethic is second to none. Considering the number of times we have changed designs while they are welding and told them they have finished only to cancel their flights and enlist their ideas to make things work, it is surprising they haven’t shown a reluctance to continue. On the contrary, they say ‘no problem, whatever you want’. Their good work was also noted by Bob Wark, the technical director of dam construction from GHD Pty Ltd.
Milan & his site personnel at OJG have worked with DM Civil on some significant water supply infrastructure projects. Milan has an excellent work ethic and is a very efficient & effective supervisor. He leads by example and embraces a team approach, which is essential on the projects we have built together. In addition to this Milan is knowledgeable on matters of welding and fabrication and has been of valuable assistance during the early project stages. Importantly the quality of work delivered by Milan & his teams have been a very high standard, on program and cost.
